Internationally known artist Pat Moore will help young artists draft from nature, studying real owl taxidermy specimens, exploring the basics of realistic drawing, shading and texture. Artists will also learn about America’s rich tradition of artists and naturalists like John James Audubon. During the hands-on program, each student will create naturalistic compositions, suitable for framing, while gaining new insights into the nature of art itself. All materials will be provided and refreshments will be served.  This program will be held in an accessible facility.
